Pickathon Rideshare
HitchPiggy makes it easier to share rides to Pickathon at Pendarvis Farm — a community-minded way to travel to a community-minded festival.
- Where
- Pendarvis Farm, Happy Valley, Oregon (just outside Portland)
- When
- Held annually in early August
Pickathon is known for being a thoughtful, sustainable festival, and ridesharing fits right in. Driving alone to Pendarvis Farm means more cars, more traffic, and more parking pressure.
HitchPiggy connects drivers already heading to Pickathon with riders who need a way in. Whether you're coming from downtown Portland, Eugene, Seattle, or further out, it's a friendlier way to arrive.
What is HitchPiggy?
HitchPiggy is a community rideshare platform for the Pacific Northwest. Drivers post trips they're already taking, riders find a seat heading the same direction, and the cost of gas is shared between them.
HitchPiggy is for people sharing trips they are already taking and splitting the cost. It is not a taxi service, not a for-profit driving job, and not on-demand. Drivers aren't making trips just to earn money — they're filling empty seats on routes they already planned.
